About the Conference
We're excited to welcome you once again to Richmond, Virginia! Over the course of the VertiGIS M4 User Conference, you'll strengthen your technical skills, learn about the newest VertiGIS solutions for the telecommunications sector, increase your industry knowledge and build connections with fellow M4 users.
Content at this year's event will include:

FAQ
Below are some answers to common questions about the conference. For any additional questions, please contact us.
What's the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
There are taxi cabs available at RIC outside the baggage claim area in the center section of the curbside; any of them can take you to the conference hotel.
If you have a large group and prefer a shuttle or van, James River Transportation has a counter on the first floor of RIC (to the right of the escalators), or you can make an advance reservation through their website.
There are also lots of Uber and Lyft drivers in Richmond, if you would like to use an app-based ride hailing service instead. They can be cheaper than traditional transportation services.
Will I need a car while in Richmond?
Once you're at the conference hotel, you won't need a car! VertiGIS will provide transportation to any events not held at the hotel.
What are the expectations of staff and attendees at the event?

Do you have a Covid-19 policy?
VertiGIS wants to ensure that we provide a safe and healthy event for all our attendees and employees.
If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, cold, flu, or any transmissible illness, or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the span of 5 days prior to the conference, we ask that you do not attend the conference. As mentioned, we want to ensure that we host a safe and healthy event.
If you test positive for COVID-19 during the conference, please promptly notify Katharina Hirsch, Director of Marketing. If we are made aware of a positive test, we will notify attendees. As per CDC guidelines, the person who tests positive will need to isolate. The conference will continue, and remaining attendees are free to make the decision to continue participating in the conference.
